The Government of Singapore has congratulated the Nepalese people on the promulgation of the new constitution of Nepal. It is stated in a message from His Excellency Mr. Lee HsienLoong,Prime Minister of Singapore to his Nepalese counterpart Rt. Hon’ble Mr. SushilKoirala, Prime Minister of Nepal.
The constitution will be a key step towards greater peace, prosperity and progress in Nepal, the message reads.
