Nepal-Nicaragua Relations
Nepal and the Republic of Nicaragua established diplomatic relations on October 5, 1986 at non-resident Ambassadorial level. Bilateral relations between the two countries have always been cordial since then. The Nepalese Ambassador to the United States of America is concurrently accredited to Nicaragua. Similarly, Ambassador of the Republic of Nicaragua to India is concurrently accredited to Nepal.
Nepal and Nicaragua are both least developed countries and also the member of the Non-Aligned Movement and Group of 77. There have been interactions between the two countries in the United Nations, and other international forums. As least developed countries both Nicaragua and Nepal share similar views on many international issues affecting them. No official visits have so far been taken place between two countries.
Trade between Nepal and Guyana is non-existent. However, there exists scope of promoting trade relations.
