Ladies and Gentlemen,
1. It gives me a great pleasure to attend this sixteenth Ministerial meeting of the Non-aligned Movement in this beautiful capital city of Havana, a city which has been a host to two of the 14 NAM Summits that have been held so far since the inception of the Movement. I bring with me greetings and best wishes from the people and Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal for the success of this meeting. On behalf of my delegation and myself, I would like to express our profound gratitude for the warm welcome and generous hospitality accorded us since our arrival here.
